Very comfy! Friendly service! They provide everything you need including breakfast every morning. The rooms come with a dishwasher, plates and utensils, dish soap and sponges... everything you can imagine! I loved it here. They are also PET FRIENDLY and have a pool, gym, and $.50 washer and dryer access!

Probably one of my favorite hotels. Enjoyed this hotel while I was in Baltimore and loved it even more in Dover. Very comfortable, modern style. Bathroom is a little small but the room is huge! Bed was comfortable and clean. Water didn’t stay as hot as I would have wanted it too ( had this same problem at the Baltimore hotel as well ) loved the kitchenette...fully loaded with dishware, dishwasher, portable stove, fridge (w/ freezer) and microwave. Definitely makes you feel like home. Very trendy looking room and hotel...love the bright colors. Pet friendly is a plus, next stay I plan to bring my dog. Breakfast could use more options but overall pretty good! I plan to stay here again.

Clean and spacious rooms. There is a bit of noise that carries over from the hallway but nothing out if the normal for a hotel of this quality. The air in the room is very dry, it left me with chapped lips and a dry mouth midway through the night.
Breakfast was cereal or those microwavable sandwiches. 
There was no water available for free during breakfast, not even filtered tap water. Most hotels have this for their guests. Next time I'm going to have to buy it before hand.

Great room very clean and spacious. Staff was very helpful. Only slight issue was loud kids that were staying for a softball tournament.

Only good thing about this place is that the staff is very friendly. It is very noisy and walls are super thin. Did not get much rest during stay.
Bumped up from 1 star to 3 star after management took action in squelching noisy guests.
Stayed 4 nights and the last night was very quiet and peaceful.
