I used this location while my flight connection from Paris and was excellent choice to have time for a quick shower and rest. The bathroom has a ceiling halogen light with a timer that keeps you warm after the shower, that is great when the outside is 29 Fahrenheit. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

We had an unpleasant experience upon arrival as pickup of courtesy bus was not as described by front desk and bus was instead parked with driver probably asleep and seemingly in a bad mood. Front desk clerk said he could do nothing about that. 
The hotel lobby was clean and basic. The room was small but very clean and everything necessary was provided. Very comfortable bed and bedding. Bathroom very clean.
Breakfast very basic. Desk clerk at departure very professional and helpful.

It was better than what I was hoping. We had to pay approx $350 for a room  with a queen sized bed for 1 night, which was way TOOOOO MUCH... but due ti inclement weather conditions we did not have an option. Breakfast was pretty good though..

Good location for hotel if your flying out of JFK. They do a free shuttle to the airport if you need several times in the day. The hotel is comfortable but basic, and I thought quite expensive for what we received. We booked on line and our bedroom had two large singles or small doubles. It was a tight fit as my husband is a big guy and the two children are aged 5 and 10 so we would have preferred a larger room and beds. We were a little disappointed with our room, but it was clean and comfortable and quiet. The breakfast was basic, but quite ok and did the job. The staff were helpful and friendly and welcoming.

The scam you on water! Machine empty but very small bottles available at reception for high price each. Reception person suggested their offer of a cc it something for two free water bottles. Absolutely unethical and horrible! Asked for manager, but told none existed.

Bellman got quite unhappy when we declined his assistance with bags. He proceeded to delay elevator oddly and then we found several garbage/laundry bags in hallway that we had to wait for him to move.
