Checked in on Dec 31, 2017. When we got into our room the fire detector was beeping. We let front desk know & we waited for them to come change the battery. As of 1/2/18 the fire detector does not have a new battery. We took out the battery to stop the beeping.  When we  went to get ice there was something stuck on the ice cube. Morning of 1/1/18 went to get breakfast and there was no spray to put on the waffle plates.  I went to get some syrup and there was no syrup. Had to go to front desk & ask for some syrup. Each day our keys had to be reactivated. The hock on the bathroom door is broken. 
On 1/2/18 we left our room for 4 hours so they could clean our room since we did not put the do not disturb sign up. When we arrived back at 2 pm the room was not cleaned. Went to front desk & asked for it to be cleaned. It is hour half later & room is still not cleaned. At 3:45 they responded to clean the room.

Average motel. Beds are nice and big. Bathrooms a bit dated but really you cannot expect much for the price. It is close to JFK Airport and serves its purpose. Advertised as a bed and breakfast however I wouldn't expect much for breakfast. They have toast and a self service waffle machine with some maple syrup and coffee and tea. That's about it.

The hotel staff is really helpful and the location is very convenient to JFK. The hotel has a 7-11 nearby where you can buy toiletries etc. The hotel also runs an hourly shuttle to JFK. The room i used was clean and had all toiletries. The heating was adequate but could have been better.

Hotel needs total rejuvenation. Everything reeks of old. Duvets made me itch all the time I used them, Elevator is so small. Staff were okay and friendly, breakfast was good plus parking is available.

Hotel needs to be updated on everything. New and bigger elevator, furniture in rooms, carpet in the hallway makes it hard tho roll luggage, upgrade needed for coffee bar, repair broken vending machines. Customer service was good, clerk will call limo service for you if you ask, close to the airport is what I needed just for a 12 hour layover, price was reasonable
