Incredibly dishonest and unprofessional. I had left my phone by accident before catching a flight. With location on, I told them I left it. The person I talked to said he was the manager and would take it to Fed Ex that day by 5pm in exchange for compensation for his time and cost of shipping. I was so grateful. Instead of doing what he promised, HE TOOK IT HOME and it stayed there for two days. Luckily I still had it's location tracked and called when I realized this. The same "manager" said it would be returned to the hotel by 3pm and now I would have to pay for express shipping. By 5pm it hadn't moved and again I called. This time, the REAL manager picked up and told us to have Fed Ex pick it up but they wouldn't do more than put it in an envelope for me. I begged them to at least insulate the envelope to protect the phone from shock or weight. Sure enough, it arrived merely in an envelope with no padding. Why was I treated with such disrespect and my property handled with disregard? After an employee lied and possibly intended to steal, would you as a customer want to do business with them?

Great Place to Stay. Google Misinforms . Click Website For actual Details On hotel. NO FREE BRKFST / MINIFRIDGE. HOWEVER EXCELLENT RATE FOR THE QUALITY

Great spot to reload before your next trip st JFK.Has an excellent deli close by that has Everythibg you need.Room was comfortable and staff was friendly.Good value for the price.

Good clean hotel. Only problem it's a freezing cold winter and the hot water in the shower is not as hot
