Their rooms are clean and spacious. Their executive lounge has a wall to wall glass window with picturesque views of parts of Queen's NY and Manhattan in the distance on a clear sunny day (you have to book an executive room in order to get access to exec lounge). 

I give them 4 1/2 stars because: 
One of the front desk staff who checked us in was very rude (black female, can't remember her name (no prejudice here)). The bellman was great).  Only one of the 4 elevators worked during our 4 days stay, so it was a wait for the elevator.

If you drive and need to park, do not pay the $22.00 to $24.00/day they offer you for their parking. It's an open lot with an arm bar, it's on the side of the building and you have to walk on those dusty pebbles with heels. So just park directly in front of the hotel in that paved open parking lot, it's free, but the front desk may not tell you.

They have a nice bar and restaurant, a gift shop, and a coffee shop in house.

I would definitely return to this place. We booked a room to celebrate someone's birthday. The place was very clean and organized. It was also very spacious. We were able to create our own menu and they made the food. The food had me begging for more. Overall i had a wonderful time here and if i had the chance i would definitely return.

Excellent service. Staff in the VIP lounge were on top of it. They were engaging and attentive to our needs at all time. The hotel was very clean. The food was good but about pricey. Otherwise we enjoyed our stay.

Overall good experience. Lots of parking and the front desk people were friendly and helpful. Cons: The tub in my room had a drainage issue and the water would fill up when I took a shower. Kind of nasty. Also there were strands of hair in a couple of the towels and in the bed. None of which was mine. Lastly the refrigerator in the room didn't work. I found that out when I went to grab my food and it smelled worse than if it had been left out all night. Breakfast was $18/person and up. We were only there for one night so I didn't see a need to complain about most things. It was clean place, located conveniently and priced decently. If I had stayed longer, I'm confident the hotel would have resolved any issues.

Nice hotel. Needs to update the room directory book of their amenities. I ordered for a desert, lemon meringue, was not good 😢. Another day I ordered Apple cobbler, is was excellent. The bar area is extremely cold and I had my coat on during my meal. The staff was extremely friendly.
