I went there as my flight was delayed. The place is a dump... they don’t have ability to accept credit cards... an overall shady experience... I was given a room in a basement kind of place ... left in 10 mins and found another hotel ... a little farther but felt 100 times safer

It is in a very good spot where there are buses right in front of the hotel and an array of restaurants to chose from.

Customer service can be improved. It's neat. But little friendliness can be appreciated.

The place it self is nice and so is the room, but the room service and staff could use a attitude adjustment from jerks to kind and peaceful or playful, they just don't act professional.

This place is not clean at all and the front desk people are really rude to and the don't respect you at as a customer and they really don't spake good English and they don't accept credit card period . ONLY CASH  . No visitors allowed . No one can come and visit you no matter if you're dying up in room . I was so stupid to spend money on that room and it's not worth it at all please DONOT STAY HERE . Thanks
