Visit started with very pleasant front desk folks. Discussed room options and pricing along with discounts we qualified for. Room clean upon arrival. Our only concern about the room over our two night stay was the toilet paper and facial tissues. Each were one ply. As we live in an age when facial tissue now comes in three ply, I think you will understand our concerns. Staff continued to be helpful during stay. Breakfast included choices of pastries, eggs, sausage, juice, coffee, waffles, cereals, nice selection. Our room included a small deck facing West for ocean and sunsets. Room also had two person soak tub with jets and kitchenette. We did not use the corner fireplace / heater. Restaurant attached to hotel was closed while we were there. Nice place. We would stay here again.

The view from the rooms and lighthouse was really nice. The hotel is right at the beach and has a road that you can drive your car right on the beach. The rooms were nice and comfortable. The showers are nice and the tub is quite spacious so it's easy to lay down. The hotel has it's own breakfast which tasted really good, especially the sausages in my opinion. They also have a pool and spa pool, along with a sauna that me and my family enjoyed.

Spacious, clean room with a marvelous view. Quiet. Mostly comfortable bed. Kitchenette with fridge and microwave. Continental breakfast near the lobby (the fruit is the only thing available to eat that has no added sugar or salt). The hotel is very close to the ocean. Overall, a good stay at this hotel. Recommend the establishment improves the quality of its food.

Everything was amazing. Staff was great. Ron was clean. Breakfast was delicious. Kids were not allowed in pool after 10pm but it was open to adults until midnight which was awesome! We walked to the Irish pub for dinner and watched the sunset on the beach. Couldn't have asked for more from a hotel.

My favorite hotel in Ocean Shores. Can't beat the location -- on the beach with tremendous ocean views and directly adjacent to the public access road. Staff works hard and really delivers. Is it new? No, but bathrooms and carpets have been recently updated in many rooms. Is it weathered and well-loved? Yes, but in the good way that many beach places are. Is it relaxing and peaceful and a gentle place to escape to? Most definitely.
