Great accommodations. Very clean, well stocked and just a skip from the beach and to shops and restaurants. It would be 5 star if they replaced the old tired mattress.

Unit 108 is an outstanding place to stay. The room is full of ocean decor and was equipped with everything we needed. The chest full of games and movies kept everyone entertained while indoors. This was our second time staying in this unit and it is one of our favorite places to stay.

Clean and newer looking...but bed was TERRIBLE and walls so thin you could actually hear the convos of your neighbors. Would be a 4 w a decent bed.

Very nice views, with lots of ocean and wildlife sounds. The rooms are nicely decorated and well equipped. Not too close to the crowds, but not far from anything you need. 
The mattress in our room was saggy, worn out, and very uncomfortable. It was impossible to sleep anywhere but the middle of the bed, because of the slope of the sides, and there was no support or cushion under you. We woke up stiff and sore. 
They are condominiums, and other rooms will be different, so I only deducted one star.
Still, with that one caveat, I would recommend the Nautilus, and think it was a decent value for the money.
EDIT:  I forgot to mention that there is no elevator, and since the best views are on the top floor, you end up paying the most to walk up the most stairs. It wasn't mentioned anywhere when we booked, so I deducted another star for the inconvenience.
