Shuttle- It was quite convenient and arrived right when we requested. Our flight was canceled and the front desk was helpful and quickly scheduled a different, later shuttle
Rooms- The rooms were nice and clean, with a modern bathroom and plenty of soaps, shower caps, etc. Shutters covered the unpleasant street view, and added a nice touch to the room. There was the usual coffee maker, along with an empty mini-fridge that was quite convenient. 
Breakfast- There were the bare minimums- cereal, toast, hard boiled eggs, instant oatmeal, and a waffle maker. The dining area was clean, but if you want anything special I recommend eating out.
Location-A forty minute Uber to downtown San Francisco. Not near anything noteworthy besides the airport.
Overall the hotel left me with no complaints, though it certainly is nothing special.

I'll say don't go here because I'd rather keep it my secret go to place. Not fancy but very nice and updated rooms. Location is fantastic, step out the door and 100 yards to beach, ten yards to light rail to down town, antwo blocks from golden gate park. I couldnt have found a better place for price and convenience. Highly recommend (except on weeks i want to come back)

Pleasantly surprised.  We booked a last minute room close to the airport. It was very nice, clean, quiet, had friendly staff and was just 10 minutes from the airport.  Very convenient!

Clean and pleasant. Friendly & helpful staff. Felt much nicer than your typical 2 star hotel.

Just stayed for the proximity to the airport, and it was extremely conveniently located! Free parking was good, and the room was nice and clean. Overall a good, efficient experience!
