I travel a lot, and this is the best hotel I've ever stayed at! The view is absolutely amazing! The balcony with the fire place is perfect. Everything about this place is just perfect. Not to mention the staff, the 2 ladies that checked me in were so nice! 100% customer service! They also offer a shuttle around Sedona. Everything was just perfect

This facility is in a gorgeous setting overlooking the red rocks of Sedona. We had a patio and table and chairs to watch the beautiful sunsets and breathtaking star show at night. The breakfast was excellent and the service was outstanding. A gal by the name of Hope did a wonderful job of helping us to see as much as we could while we were there. I would highly recommend staying at this facility.

A decent value option in Sedona where accommodation in general is quite expensive. We stayed on the third level, which is essentially the first level, since the hotel is set into a hillside and the other levels are below. No problem finding parking close to the room.

Like most Best Westerns, access to the room is from outside. Our room (like all rooms on this level) also had a back door with direct access to the amazing terrace. Fantastic view and great seating areas with fire pits. This is absolute best feature of this hotel. Otherwise, the room is pretty standard, if a bit tired looking - clean at least. The breakfast is rather poor, but par for the course for Best Western. The pool and hot tub are nice, and with the nice weather recently in Sedona we actually had a chance to try both.

Would possibly stay here again if I couldn't find a better option for a similar price.

Excellent views from this location not to be confused with the uptown location!  Large common outdoor seating with comfortable outdoor furniture.  Easy access to hiking, restaurants and grocery store. Nice pool and hot tub.  Decent breakfast, friendly staff. Free shuttle to most locations in town. We will be back!

This is a very good hotel with a good location away from the bustle of the center of town.  The rooms are very comfortable.  The breakfast was very good.  The staff was helpful.  Some of the rooms require using steep long staircases to access the room and it makes for difficult transport of luggage so be advised.  If this presents a problem for you, make  your reservation directly through the hotel so that someone at the site can help you select a room.
