Absolutely amazing experience. The staff was so genuinely kind and helpful that it felt more like being welcomed by family than staff. We stayed in room 28C which was gorgeous, spacious, with a wrap around view, clean clean clean as can be, elegant furniture accommodating bathroom and comfy bed. The light breakfast was impressively scrumptious as well. All around we had a top notch experience. I highly recommend this hotel.

It was our first time staying at the hotel and the people at the front desk were extremely friendly and helpful! We didn’t hear anything or experience anything weird besides a couple of clanks and waking up to a ice cold feeling on my arm, but other than that me and my wife had really good time. Also the asylum had excellent food and the people there were extremely professional. Can’t wait to come back again!

This place is highly addictive! I don't know why but I keep wanting to come back to this place. unfortunately you have to wait till 4pm to get your room which yes I know room service. it just sucks because we want to show up early in the morning and have to wait till 4pm. other then that everything Is awesome even the ghosts are awesome. people at the asylum not so awesome. went for a beer and it seemed like they didn't want us there

What can I say about this place. It is a historical landmark and possibly haunted. We stayed in the famous room 32 facing the Verde Valley. Beautiful views from the personal and large patio. The room itself is small and dated but what can one expect from a place like this. The old elevator is very interesting as you still have to use a key and old style buttons. This place was a fun stay. And yes we got little ghost happenings. The TV shut off on its own while we were both watching it. And around 3:33 am my wife heard noises from inside the closet. I slept thru that but overall the place is fun and historical. We would stay again.

This place is amazing. Get the Grand Suite. Used to be the operating room when it was a hospital facility. Absolutely gorgeous, and juuuust creepy enough ❤️ We will be back, and we will be staying here again. Thanks to the ladies at the front desk, and their appreciation for Military members, you ladies helped make our Jerome stay perfect!!
