I am giving 3 stars when it should have 5. The place is gorgeous, but the ridiculously expensive room we got had the worst bed I have ever slept on. After complaining about it, we received a few free nights in a different room that I haven't used yet. This may get a better review in the future.

We stayed from October 9th through October 11th for our honeymoon, and couldn't be happier with our decision. The staff was wonderfully cheerful, and has a wealth of knowledge for the surrounding area. We booked a massage and both had a very soothing experience. We would definitely come again.

We came here for our honeymoon and stayed in the Misson Grande room. The bed was super comfy, the breakfast was fantastic and the grounds were beautiful. Only slight drawbacks were a slight hiccup in our massage scheduling and the shower / jacuzzi tub was smaller than anticipated. Overall great experience and my husband and I would both return.

Our experience at the "Lodge at Sedona" was absolutely wonderful!  The staff were so helpful not only during our stay but even long before we even arrived.  All reservations we made were done through the Lodge.  Everything from a private massage, flowers delivered to the room to dinner reservations to mention just a few.  The Mission Grande Room was AMAZING!  The bed very comfortable and clean.  Very relaxing with two private decks to enjoy the beautiful landscaping.  Now, why only a four star rating and not a five?  We (by our own choice} did not take advantage of the breakfasts.  They start serving at 8:00am and go to 9:30.  We found that to be a little late for breakfast.  This is a personal choice and not knocking the Lodge.  We do wish the breakfast started just a bit earlier.  Otherwise this hotel is a five star hotel and more!
