I'm not a fan... This was the first hotel that the bed made my back hurt, room was okay - nothing special, pool and hot tub are heated and nice, nothing special. I did like the greenery around.

What made this a good place at all was the customer service. Everyone was very cordial, accommodating and pleasant to be around. This is the only saving grace. Would still probably not stay there again.

What a very pleasant stay we had.  The staff is excellent and the grounds are well kept.  Angel welcomed us at breakfast and kept the breakfast room spotless and well stocked.  The salt water pool is so nice and the pool area is well maintained with nice outdoor furniture.  The location was good, a little too far from the ocean for us to walk, but a short drive.  The room was noisy, due to being next to a busy street, and we could hear the folks upstairs.  In spite of that, we would definitely stay here again.

I was very surprised and overall enjoyed my whole experience with best western! The staff was so friendly especially Angel! The breakfast was great quality and even the pool area was very clean and had a small resort feel to it. I would definitely stay here again if I was in town!

We had an upgraded room that was spacious & newly remodeled. Heated pool & hot tub were wonderful. Fitness center small but well equiped. Breakfast was quite good. Coffee much better than usual!

My family and I arrived in California for a family vacation over the Fourth of July weekend. We were originally booked in a different hotel.  Upon our arrival we were informed that our original hotel had overbooked our room and had none available. We were stranded at the airport over a busy holiday weekend with no where to stay. I called the Best Western after being given a lot of runaround by my booking service and the hotel.  I was told just come on down we have a room and we provide breakfast. We arrived tired and worn down by our experience. The room was spacious, and very clean. My family was ecstatic about the wonderful room. It turned our whole vacation around. We are so thankful and had a wonderful stay. The staff goes above and beyond on courteous service.  Thank you for saving our family vacation.
