I really enjoy this place we stayed in the room that has a Jacuzzi in it and it was a total relaxing experience. As well the hospitality is friendly and professional and helpful if you need anything. The breakfast food is really great everything is fresh and the breakfast room is well maintained. This is the second time that I have been there and I would have come back there again. Thank you Best Western for making this an enjoyable experience.

The hotel was great the price even better. The room was clean, remodeled and spacious. The noise I read about from highway traffic was not noticeable in our room. Breakfast had variety, egg and sausage burritos one day another day biscuits and gravy and waffles. Overall good and we would stay again. Staff was friendly

Great hotel; GREAT STAFF!!! I've been going through a lot of turmoil in my life recently and needed a "night away", BADLY! I checked in on Friday for that not only but ended up staying through Tuesday because the hotel, B.W. on I-45 and TX Hwy 242, was the ONLY place I could get comfortable and relax! That included my house (which is in Spring..15 minutes from the hotel), church, the "bar"...all the typical places one should be able to go to "cool off" and clear one's head. To me, that says a lot about an environment! The staff was friendly, polite, attentive, detailed and organized. I watched several situations in which the employee could have lost his or her "cool", but each time I saw the person take a second or a minute to remain calm and work through the situation and or ask for help when they needed it! HIGHLY IMPRESSED, BEST WESTERN!!! KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK!!! This city NEEDS more hotels and PEOPLE LIKE THIS!!! God Bless!

Very nice place to stay. Clean and great look large rooms. Not far from anywhere we wanted to go. Would stay again.

Staff is friendly enough, a little short. Free breakfast, that's always a plus in my book. The bagels are hard as a rock tho, and I love my bagels. That was disappointing. The rooms need an update. They should remodel soon, it doesn't feel very "plus". All in all not a bad hotel for a business trip, but I wouldn't look here if you are looking for a nice place to relax.
