We really like this hotel, and use it when we are traveling for both business and pleasure. However, this last time there was a snafu with the reservation. We were billed for a room on the day I made the reservation instead of for the actual date I needed. I tried to resolve this a few times, but with no success. So we basically paid for the room twice. We are card-carrying members, so we expected more. We won't be using that hotel again unless this is resolved. (Maybe a review will be enough to motivate someone to solve the problem. Hope springs eternal!)

With a daughter going to college in Columbus, we have been in town for a couple days many times in the past few years. This was our favorite place to stay due to its location and value. While cleanliness was never an issue, the owner/company doesn't seem interested in keeping it up. We travel every weekend for a competitive sport our daughters play and will be using a different hotel in Columbus from now on.

This is an excellent hotel.  The staff is VERY professional, friendly.   The rooms have been well taken care of and I cannot stress enough how cared for this hotel is.  Excellent property

We had a wonderful stay at the Best Western Port Columbus.  We were in town for a basketball tournament and needed to bring our dog.  The Best Western allowed pets and was very accommodating.  They gave us a ground room floor, close to an outside exit.  The breakfast was good and the room was very clean.  I would definitely recommend this hotel and plan to stay here again when we are in Columbus.  So appreciative that this hotel is pet friendly, more hotels need to be.

Hotel staff is friendly. Gym is small no more than 2 at a time small. Looked like hot tub was undergoing maintenance. Hvac under maintenance as well. One elevator somewhat slow. Pool looked nice but too many children during my stay.
