The staff here are amazing! They have really great customer service skills and are willing to go the extra mile to make sure your stay is great. However the pool area want the best this stay, the chlorine was so strong and the pool area was way too hot. My child woke up this morning her eyes still red swollen and hurting.

We were very impressed with our stay here. All the staff was extremely polite and helpful, our room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, beds and pillows we're great. The free breakfast had delicious omelettes with extra toppings. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone.

Rooms were not too bad although the customer service was horrible. We came in during the evening from a long day of traveling and the girl at the front desk Amanda was very rude. She seemed very bother and talked AT us. When we were heading up to our room with our things we realized the elevator did not work. We went back to the front desk and asked her if their was another elevator and she replied with no you have to take the stairs. It's very unfortunate she didn't let us know that ahead of times with all of our things. As my wife and I went back outside to smoke in the lobby we heard her arguing with another group of people which appears to be airline workers. She was rude to them and said if you have an issue here is a card feel free to call the number. It's very unfortunate to go to a hotel and have very bad attitudes from staff. The front desk is the first face you see when entering and her demeanor was even uninviting. Will defitnely not stay here based on that alone

Stay at your own risk. This area is a hotbed for crime due to all of the drug dealing activity in the neighborhood just south of I-670. The front desk was robbed on 1/8/17 and this parking lot seems to have vehicle break-ins almost every month now. DO NOT LEAVE VALUABLES IN YOUR VEHICLE!!! If you decide to venture outside the hotel do so at your own risk. There have been numerous armed robberies at the Turkey Hill Minit Market across the street and two recent homicides in the Waffle House parking lot. The hotel claims to have a security guard now but I'd say it's more like a security monitor. It's just a silly facade to make the hotel guests feel safer when they're really not. I sat in the lobby around 10 pm and observed numerous people walking through the front door and the front desk clerk wasn't anywhere to be seen. The door wasn't even locked and there wasn't a security guard in sight!! Apparently the security guard doesn't come in until 11pm which is a little too late in my opinion. If the hotel management really values the safety of it's guests, then they should keep the door looked when the front desk is unattended at night and have the security guard come in a littler earlier than 11pm. That's just ridiculous.

Yikes. Two stars because the actual room was great. I'm in a band and that plays all around the country and usually book Country Inns whenever I can because they're pretty consistently great everywhere. When we arrived and checked in, we were told that they had sold out of double queen rooms, which is what i paid for. When we finally gave in and just took the king room, we walked in on people sleeping in the room we were given. We then went back down to the lobby and got another room (a double queen - hmm), and within ten minutes of being in the room, someone barged into our room! When I called down to make sure they knew this happened, they just kind of brushed it off. This morning when we were coming back to the room after breakfast, our room keys no longer worked. When I went to get them replaced, I ended up telling the manager about the whole situation and she was very apologetic and gave me a new key to our room. The best of this whole thing, though, was when people walked into our room AGAIN while one of us was showering. Needless to say, I will never stay at this CI&S again. What a bummer.
