We loved this hotel for several reasons. The location is fabulous. We were able go to our favorite restaurant within 15 minutes. The service at the hotel was wonderful with a very courteous staff. The room was excellent and had all the HBO channels. We even had a choice off the floor we wanted. This was our first stay here and will be going back later this week.

Hotel room was BEAUTIFUL and complete. The outdoor area was an amazing place to sit and relax... And BREAKFAST! PERFECT! THANK YOU!

the place is beautiful but the customer service was terrible from upper management. I had an issue where a bug was found in my bed. I wasn't sure if it was a bed bug because I never seen one so I picked it up in a napkin and googled images. It resembled a bed bug indeed but still I wasn't sure it was in fact that . the receptionist at the front desk moved me she was extremely helpful and understanding she was able to move us to a different room. We were told to speak to the manager in the morning for a refund. We spoke to the manager on duty she was very friendly and helpful but she wasn't able to refund the money because I booked through travelocity. I contacted Travelocity they informed me the property manager denied the request. It was annoying because the inconvenience of having to move rooms late at night but ir was understandable because after all we did still stay in a different room. I was very upset the manager didn't even contact or even apologize for the inconvenience so I contacted her via email expressing my frustration. She basically denies any accusation a bug was found when indeed there was one that I took in a napkin to the front desk and she also never apologizes. At this point I didn't even care about the money it would of been nice to at least have been given an apology.

Extremely loyal Marriott customer here. Good hotel but the parking situation leaves a lot to be desired and ruins the stay. Very stressful and frustrating to come back to your hotel for consecutive nights in a row with no parking. Not a very smart design; there doesn't seem to be enough spots. Even during the day the lot is at capacity. It's certainly not the staff's fault but they could do a better job of helping. For folks driving into Columbus, do yourself a favor and stay at another Marriott in Columbus (Easton) with a better parking situation. Management, please consider adding more parking. There is an empty lot behind you and the Hampton that could be added for more space. Also please reconsider letting folks flying, park at the hotel to be fair to the guests paying to actually stay at your hotel and not just leave a car. In my opinion that is what the airport lots are for. I say this all respectfully. Thank you.

We stayed in September. The hotel is on airport property. It made my trip easier. Free parking and shuttle service to and from the airport. All staff were friendly and shuttles were quick. The room was nice and clean. It was a short stay but I had a good experience.
