We stayed here for 8 days. The hotel is beautiful and very affordable compared to staying in Manhattan. Every hotel staff I interacted with was pleasant and eager to assist. Some days we drove our car but other days we took the shuttle bus that the hotel provides at a low charge. This way was very convenient compared to paying tolls and for parking. We will definitely stay at Best Western Premier again.

Spent 2 nights here just before NYE. Staff were friendly and helpful. Room was comfortable and clean. Shuttle service into the city was perfect...reasonable price and close to what we wanted to see. Would definitely stay here again if in the area in the future!

My husband surprised me with a trip to NY. We have always been pleased with Best Western hotels so we found this Best Western just a few miles away from the "Big Apple." I think this is probably the best Best Western we have stayed at & we have stayed at many Best Westerns. The hotel itself is very nice & clean. The hotel staff is very nice & friendly too. The hot breakfast is good & changes up daily. Big plus to a nice hot AM breakfast. The hotel offers a indoor pool which was closed during our stay but we were ok with that. We enjoyed the nice gym instead which had every workout stationary you need. Our two queen bedroom was very clean, spacious & splenty of counter space too. We also had a fridge, coffee maker, & microwave. The bathroom had a nice spacious walk-in shower which you don't really see in many hotels. We will be returning back to NY and this hotel will be our selection. We are very happy with our experience at Best Western Premier NYC. Thank you.

The location is convenient in terms of proximity to Manhattan and various stores & restaurants. The building and the facility are brand new, maybe too new that some areas seem to be still under construction or at the final finishing touch yet. Gated parking garage adds sense of security, but to enter the garage you'll need to call or stop by the front every time. (no entry key is provided) Breakfast is adequate and fresh. Swimming pool and gym are well equipped, albeit a bit small and there's no spa tub. The road to this hotel is somewhat complicate, as typical in the NJ side. Overall, a very decent choice for NYC trip.

The rooms were clean, staff was friendly and helpful. We stayed two nights and the breakfasts were delicious. There is a convenient shuttle service into NYC and our vehicle stayed perfectly safe in the hotel parking garage. Excellent experience.
