This is a review for their bar area. Easy access, amazing view, and solid drinks. Definitely a great place to take a guest or a date to chill. Their drinks are not over priced at all (Jersey price) considering the overall atmosphere and view. It was a comfortable place to escape to right after we got off of Exchange Place Station when it was freezing temperature. I heard that there is a rooftop bar here. Will definitely check it out during the warmer seasons.

This hotel is in just across the Hudson from New York City. It is conveniently located near the Exchange Place PATH stop so you can catch the train into NYC. It is nice and clean and the staff is friendly. It has all the usual hotel amenities (bar, restaurant, gym, etc.) There's also a car service downstairs if you need to schedule a ride anywhere.

My biggest complaint is that the bed was very uncomfortable. I had a hard time sleeping through the night and experienced back pain. The bed sank in the middle. I can't speak for every bed in the hotel as I haven't slept on them but the bed I slept on was bad.

In addition to the uncomfortable bed there was noise from the pipes whenever any of the rooms around us would run their water. I also heard noise from the vent in the room but I'm not sure what that was all about.

Overall this is not a bad hotel to stay in if you're coming to town. Just cross your fingers and hope your bed is more comfortable than mine was.

This was one of the nicest hotel stays I've ever had, and the hotel definitely deserves its 4 Star rating. The location is 5 stars, overlooking the beautiful Hudson River with the Manhattan skyline in the background. My wife and I were given a room where we were able to see that view, and it was amazing. The management and hotel staff were very kind and accommodating, and if possible, I would like to return here with my wife in the future.

The valet parking is expensive at $35 and the self park wasn't an option being so cold that day, but thankfully we were validated from the event. The hotel looks modern and stylish. It's a comfortable place with great views. The drinks were average and unfortunately the bartender was overwhelmed by the number of people. It was a small party, but he couldn't provide timely service. The food was well prepared, but nothing special. I would return for the view just for a drink during a better time of year.

What marvelous views.  This is a great place to stay if you need to commute to Lower Manhattan.   The train is right there. Service is good.  The rooms are clean and comfy.
