Great hotel for retired military wanting to visit Savannah on on a budget. Hotel staff is welcoming and friendly. Location is an easy drive to the waterfront. Has everything you could need. Clean, spacious rooms. Breakfast is nice. Could use a few more tables so time it right or take it to your room if busy. Only reason I give it a 4 is because the room door wasn't sealed so you could see daylight which means GA creepy crawlies could say hello if they wanted. Probably not the case for all the rooms though ;-) 2nd time we've stayed there and will do it again.

The room was okay. Bathroom tub didn't drain as good. A little more on the motel feel rather than hotel feel. Carpets need to be cleaned a lot better, there were sticky spots. There was a towel hanging behind the bathroom door when we got in the room, not sure if cleaning crew missed it or it was supposed to be there but just in case I made sure no one used it. On the upside, the front desk ladies were great and the commissary is nearby.

Front office was very good. Breakfast was good. Plenty of parking. Was the Hunter Club open? Where was housekeeping? Was there 3 nights no coffee was left n our room.

The staff was excellent as they switch me to another room. The reason for the switch is because when I pulled back the sheets it seemed to have been used with public hairs and dirty sheets (check the picture)... Also pubs in the bathroom. So make sure that you check your sheets before diving into a sleep.

Convenient while we were visiting Savannah. Close to downtown. Nice breakfast. Hotel rooms were average.
