The Hotel lobby was nice and the staff was quick and helpful. However, the rest of my experience with the Hotel was less than good. We paid extra for the balcony with River view room. The balcony was only a foot or so wide without any seating. The room cleanliness was not up to par. There were dirty water streaks on most surfaces. The blanket and pillows were stiff and uncomfortable. The worst part was that for my $300.00 a night room,  breakfast wasn't even included. A waste of money. Worst 4 star place I have ever stayed at.

The Hyatt Regency Savannah Hotel is a luxury hotel located at the heart of the Savannah Waterfront.  It has been updated and has a modern decor.  They Lobby has a good size Bar/ Restaurant, Coffee Shop and lots of seating areas. The elevators take you down to the Waterfront. Great location.

The location of this hotel is absolutely perfect for anyone hoping to have a fun night out on River Street. The drinks at the hotel bar were of excellent, quality and mixed very well but were relatively expensive. The room was amazing; comfy beds, strong AC, nice shower and we even had a good view of the river. Another bonus was the amazing lobby and very cool elevator. Overall this was an excellent hotel and was reasonably priced. I would highly recommend it!

Absolutely gorgeous hotel. Incredible lobby with glass elevators. Not the most comfortable mattress which for 200+$ you expect. Netflix on the television which is neat. Good bathrooms with okay water pressure. Great walking location for downtown Savannah right next to the river street elevator for handicapped access.

The only good thing about this place is it's location on River Street. Housekeeping is horrible. Walked into the room one morning, the beds were unmade, dirty towels and wash clothes still in the tub. The ironic thing is that the housekeeping left their cleaner bottle in our bathroom, and didn't even clean anything. I went to the front desk (who were polite) and said they would make sure housekeeping came back and bring us some new washcloths. We got back to our room later on and it was the same situation as the first time. The only difference were the clean towels that housekeeping literally threw on our counter. I went back downstairs and expressed that all I want is some clean washcloths and I returned the cleaner bottle that was still in our room. The front desk (still being polite) said they would have wash clothes sent up immediately. I guess immediately meant never. There are no comforters on the bed, just two sheets. I definitely was not pleased with my stay here. I really don't know if I will ever go back.
