The location was perfect though I needed to stay July 1 and had forgotten to book a room. I ended up paying $305+tax on a room that was not really worth $100. There was a soap wrapper in the shower, one of the beds had a blood stain on the sheets, and the tv didn't work. The front desk employees were very kind and they did call the manager. He did come in a (he was not there) and fixed the problems. I would not suggest this place to anyone and won't be staying again, not only for the issues but charging that much for a room with less then desirable standards is a bit outrageous. I have stayed at other area hotels cheaper and much, much nicer.

Good hotel. We were happy with experience as it was good quality at decent price. We chose this hotel for price though away from Niagara Falls. This decision was proven to be right.

The best staff you can ever imagine!  The same person who picks you up at the airport (complimentary) might end up checking you in. They do everything. The hotel itself could need an update, but the people working there makes up for all that. Breakfast is great, but can be a little crowded on weekend at "rush time", so you may want to skip the pancake line that morning.

This Best Western was clean, well-located, and well-run. Facilities were modern and pleasant. Staff was helpful and attentive to all the needs of the guests. It was an enjoyable experience.

This is a new property and has all the amenities a business traveler desires.  Ideally located close to the airport but I experienced absolutely no airplane noise.

The staff is courteous and professional.
