Convenient location. Easy process to park: reserve dates online, check in with online print out or cell phone. The shuttle was right behind us as we parked the car. Our bags were quickly boarded and within minutes we were on our way to the airport.

Plane delayed 4 hours, its 03:11, just want to get home. Parked there for the "convenience", not likely again. Exhausted and frustrated. Been waiting here and nobody answering or picking us up. Starting to walk from the airport in the rain to get my car there now Ridiculous.

This is what I always use for parking my vehicle . It is safe , my car is always in the same condition I left it in when I return . Easy in and out from airport .
Staff us courteous , helpful . When I parked my vehicle there in winter , they even help me brush off my car . 
Price is very reasonable . Much cheaper than Airport lot .

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE! 

PARK AT THE AIRPORT AND PAY A LITTLE EXTRA..IT IS SO WORTH IT!!!

Waited at the designated spot at airport for OVER 20 minutes. Then when the bus finally does arrive, it does not have enough room to fit all of the waiting passengers lined up. 

I had been waiting for over 20 minutes for them to arrive when they knew that it was a weekend night and there were MULTIPLE planes coming into the airport at the same time and everyone needed the parking spot shuttle to get back to their cars, but they did not have ANY shuttles waiting during this VERY busy time. 

I waited 20 minutes for a shuttle and then the line was so long to get onto the first shuttle that arrived, that i then had to wait 10 more minutes for them to send another shuttle!!! This was EXTREMELY frustrating!!! They know exactly what time the flights come in and how many flights, and who is signed up with them and needs a ride back to their car but they STILL make everyone wait in the cold!! 

They should have had 2 shuttles lined up and waiting but ZERO were there and finally 1 came over 20 minutes later and that shuttle only took half of the people who were waiting!!! 

DO NOT TAKE THIS SERVICE!! DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND SPEND AN EXTRA 10 OR 20 DOLLARS AND SAVE THE MASSIVE FRUSTRATION AND PARK AT THE AIRPORT!!! You will thank me later!!!
