The lot was full when we got there so the guy offered us valet parking at no extra charge. Not problem there, although it took about 5 minutes to resolve it. Went to pull out in their bus, another car pulls up, same thing. 5 minutes. They get on the bus, then a third car, another 5 minutes. Luckily we were in no hurry. Upon return, stood at the platform while the bus passes us by. Called the number, he told us we were standing in the wrong place, which we were not. Had to wait another 10 minutes (they have only one bus). On the way back on the bus, the lot attendant insisted that he did not have keys for our car, even after we explained the situation when we arrived a week before. This was close to midnight, after a very long day of travel and we still had a two hour drive back home to look forward to. We arrive at the lot, only to see our car idling nicely near the gate! So, two lot attendants, who have no idea what the other is doing? NEVER AGAIN.

Used them for years but when it became Ellicott Airport Parking I stopped using their facilities. Last 3 times upon arriving back at Buffalo airport in December, called for shuttle and the phone just rang and rang and rang...no one every picked up. Was told at the airport service desk that many people had that problem and you have to call the Days Inn and they will then contact the shuttle service. Last time waited 30 minutes for shuttle and then driver could not bring me to my car because they overbooked and were double parking rows so he left me, disabled spouse and luggage half way down the row from where out car was. Never again!!

Staff were very helpful, after I figured out how to get to them, it was a piece of cake. Reminder that you MUST go to the designated area in airport for pick up..it is not center, further down and call the shuttle to be picked up. The shuttle is on call basis. Nice helpful driver. Car was safe, secure and much cheaper and closer than anywhere else that I could find.
