Friendly staff. Clean rooms. Good breakfast. Reasonable price. Convenient location. We have stayed at a lot of Best Western Hotels, this is one that we will return to if we are in the area again. No complaints.

The staff was very friendly and the check-in process was very easy. They gladly welcomed my two pets (dog and a cat) and there was a great walking spot outside for my dog. The rooms were nice for the price paid. My room was a little small and the decor was a little dated, but the bedding was fantastic and I slept wonderfully. I was also able to easily get dinner as there was a fantastic restaurant next door. I would stay at this hotel again and would recommend it to anyone who is traveling through Boise, especially if you are flying in, as it is literally right next to the airport.

Clean rooms and friendly staff. A very quiet hotel for being next to the airpirt. The pool and hot tub were clean and refreshing! Only complaint was that our room didn't have it's own individual air conditioning vent, it was vented in through a main duct and didn't cool the room enough.

Stayed at this hotel in October 2017.  The hotel was reasonably priced.  Breakfast was decent with hot scrambled eggs, boiled eggs, bacon or sausage and various fruits, breads and waffle bar.  The staff was quick to replenish the food.  The only issue i had was they only provided one keurig coffee pod for a room that had two guests and we were exposed to a lot of outside noise due to being in close proximity to the airport. Overall I would stay there again.

Beautiful hotel/motel. Very nice place to stay. They have inside and outside (motel style) rooms. So, if you have a preference make sure you let them know.
