Had a great stay here at the RL in Boise. They are currently renovating the place and the new room was great. Breakfast looked good but you can tell they are still getting everything upgraded. Friendly staff, prompt with requests to the room. Only rating 4 stars because I didn’t feel the room was super clean. Worth it for the price, though.

Main lobby and parts of the hotel are under construction and being painted as of April 2018. Also we stayed on a night where they didnt have bath towels. Kind of important after a 8 hour drive. They were nice about it. Over all the bed was comfortable and stay was quiet.

The staff is great and they provide wonderful service. The property is in the midst of renovations. The lobby and common areas look nice and the style of the reno appears to coordinate. Unfortunately it appears that the quality of work done by the construction subcontractors is very poor in some areas. The tub in the room I stayed in was installed improperly so it creaked when you stood in it and it was very slow to drain. Also, the blinds on the window had been installed incorrectly and were jammed in the closed position.

This place Rocks. Looks like going thru a remodel. Got in the new section. King Suite for a killer price for a Saturday and Sunday night.  Front Desk help awesome. 5 / 5 rating from me.

Stayed a night here and the room was super nice. Way nicer than I expected. The first floor was under construction but it was not a huge deal and did not take away from the quality of our stay. Definitely would recommend and would stay again!
