This hotel is very comfy and clean. Our room was nice, big, and felt good. The hotel employees are friendly and helpful, Dale was awesome! We stayed for 2 weeks and felt at home, made some great friends that were staying there and just had good vibes!

Horrible experience. We upgraded our package deal to stay here. It's $104 a night and they told me to bring out my towels because they don't offer room service. The hotel had a weird smell to it. Something between chlorine and mildew. They don't have an ice machine. Bottled water is $2.00 out of the vending machine. This I can live with. The bed was rock-hard and five minutes after laying down, I'm snuffling so hard I can't breathe. I move the pillows and find two feather pillows on my bed. Who does that? Feathers are one of the most common allergies out there! I threw them off the bed and could breathe again, thankfully. Trying to take a shower the next morning was a nightmare. The water trickled out like it was hooked up to the bathroom faucet. I asked the manager if there was a problem with the shower. His instant response is, "My maintenance guy only works on Saturday." How convenient that it was Monday. He claimed he was going to go into the room and fix it. (He left the light on, but didn't do anything. He didn't even acknowledge it the next day.) After speaking to the manager I went outside and saw a guy checking out. I asked him about the shower experience. His response was an emphatic, "This is the worst place I've ever stayed! The shower was horrible! Other people were complaining about the same thing!" What a mistake it was to stay here. I would have done better to stay at the Roadway Inn that came with our package. This was such a downer on what would have been a very pleasant experience otherwise.

This is just a very nice place. Temporarily living here, as we are in between rentals, and I have been pleasantly surprised. First, when I called to book the room for a couple weeks, Brian, the manager, worked with me to lock in the cheapest price possible-and, I might add, less than some really creepy motels around here. The staff has been really nice and helpful, our 11yr old son is with us, and they've been really nice to him. The room is super clean, well stocked and comfortable. Beds are great, bath tub is deep and comfy, full size fridge and a couple burners to cook on. All our stuff is in storage, so it was awesome that the hotel provides coffee pot, toaster, pots & pans, dishes, even dish washing detergent! Honestly, I'd be happy to make this a much longer stay! When we came downstairs to drop our son off at school, and hubby to work, I was happily suprised to see coffee, tea, cocoa, muffins and granola bars near the door, that we were able to grab on the way out...beats having to stop & spend money at McDonalds, for breakfast! If you need a clean, quiet, friendly place to stay for a while, this is the place.

They don't even empty garbage cans. The Wi - Fi is a joke. The grab and go breakfast is little muffins, granola bars, and instant oatmeal packages. You have to fetch your own towels.The only good thing is they have coffee. Tea and hot cocoa in the morning.

My mom and I booked a 2 queen suite with our pet for a week while we were in the process of purchasing a new home in the Boise area. The room was clean, but not everything was in good working order. There was an electrical outlet that was not working, the bath drain was slow, the exterior door key card lock only worked intermittently and the TV half the time had horrible reception and was unwatchable. When the front desk was informed we were told they were aware of it and it was on the list to be fixed. We needed to extend our stay due to escrow complications so we booked 4 additional nights and our card was charged. Later that morning, the morning of our original checkout date, we received a call from the front desk informing us they had made a mistake and booked our room. If we wished to extend our stay we would need to move to a single bed suite as they had no more double queen suites available. I told them I was not going to share a bed with my mother. They apologized and said we needed to check out. This is ridiculous! I understand a mistake by the front desk staff, but I should not be inconvenienced by their mistake. My card was already charged and I was already occupying the suite and yet my money is not as good as the incoming guest they overbooked for? Any other hotel worth it's existence would've offered a refund of my stay or compensated me for my inconvenience at their doing. I will never stay in another Extended Stay America Hotel as a result and I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. Hilton, Marriott, or any other quality hotel I have stayed in would not treat a guest this way.
