Service from both day and night staff has been great. Mary and her GM completely made the stay with while with their charming personalities. Swimming pool is a little small but was perfect to take our 6 mo old swimming in! Room was very clean and the sheets smell nice

This place was clean and nice. Not super high class but very  nice and cozy. Our room was very clean and we enjoyed our stay immensely. The fire alarm went off and we were amazed by the way our desk receptionist handles the situation and how nice the staff was overall. I will stay here again and the price was amazing.

Great service and love the cheery decor. They provide games and pool toys which is a nice touch. The rooms were a little beat up but that is because they are so dog friendly at La Quinta- which I love.

Overall, a decent hotel. Staff need to be properly trained on proper customer service. 

Lets start with the pros first:

"Free" breakfast
Dog(s) stay free
Pool (didn't use)
Jacuzzi (didn't use)
Great bathroom with great size shower
Microwave and refrigerator in room
Fairly quiet during the day

Cons:

Front desk employee yelling at me through the front locked door saying "stop touching, don't touch" repeatedly when I attempted to open it.

There never seemed to be a front desk employee in front. Had to ring bell or use customer phone that just rang to front desk phone where there wasn't an employee to answer the ringing phone.

The side door slammed shut, loudly,
throughout the late evening and early morning. Half the time, the door wasn't even completely shut/locked after the loud slamming. 

The bed was hard as a rock. If you like hard beds that give you a sore back and neck for days, you'll love the beds there.

Three towels in a four person room, 1/2 roll of toilet paper and no spare, 2 burnt out light bulbs in the bathroom, two of three keys issued didn't work.
