Booked this hotel when I was driving across the country having a positive mindset with Wyndham Hotels. This Hotel was filthy and it felt as if we were in a dungeon. Our room was in the lower part of the building with dark walls and flickering lights. There was an odd odor and the towels were way overused and stained. Outside the room there were a few people just lurking around. We ended up leaving about an hour after arriving because there was a huge cockroach looking bug in the shower. Unfortunately since we booked through BringFido we were not able to get our money back. I highly do not recommend this hotel. If you are driving through town there are other cheaper options in Caldwell

Absolutely horrifyingly disgusting. The side entryway to the hallway our room was in was littered with trash and debris, the room had a thick musky odor or mildew and possibly urine, the view out of the window was of a dozen defunct and stripped washing machines (stacked on the pool area), the air conditioning unit in the room had no control knobs which meant the internal guts of it were exposed. This hotel is filthy disgusting, one of the worst, most unclean, awfully maintained hotels I've seen. We left promptly and went to the Red Lion Downtowner - it was only slightly more expensive ($15 p/night) and easily 1000x more clean and comfortable. Absolutely appalled and Wyndham Corporate HQ should move quickly to pull these owners franchise certificate. If I could give 0 stars I would.

The place was gross, the shower didn't work. The food all cold, I saw holes in the walls. And you have to pay to eat breakfast when it says free food. I would give this place -5 stars. The service bad. The man that making the beds don't have sheets on the cart. I told the front desk the room was nasty and gross. I'm going to tell everyone to never go there. I saw mold outside the building.

I use to love this hotel, i am a former employee and loved my job. I made people smile and made there problems priority and strive to take care of them.  I WORKED A LOT OF HOURS AND ALSO HELPED OUT IN THE RESTAURANT AND BANQUETS. There are still very loyal people working there however the management up front is very uncaring and money driven. customer service is not important to him.  i watched the hotel go through many managers and i feel things should have gotten better. JAMAL is a very honest loyal man. As is Tamara. and Francel i dont know how you do it,but your amazing.  i wish everyone there great things and i truly hope they can come together and get that hotel back to what it use to be.

Bad beyond description. I'd give a Zero rating if I could. This is clearly a once-moderate hotel that has been run completely into the ground by the current owners/management. I saw staff walking back and forth between the America's Best Value Inn on the same property, so I assume that they are owned and run by the same people. Don't let the Wyndham name fool you. You will be staying at an ABVI-tier motel with Wyndham window dressing.
