The WORST customer services EVER!!!! Condescending, aggressive, had to raise my voice loud enough to ask her to PLEASE, for the love of God and all things holy, allow me to finish my sentence!!! I live in CA and needed an arrangement delivered to my beautiful, precious cousin Tina who was mauled by a pit bull who ripped her beautiful face off as she was saving her only grandchilds life, so naturally I wanted and paid in full for $161.00 to be exact, but got nowhere near the arrangement and STYLE/LOOK of the arrangement I SPECIFICALLY ordered. They tell me they "upgraded my flowers" - I just wanted it to look like a gorgeous arrangement, instead I maybe did get higher priced roses, but that does not mean BETTER. I will also post a review on yelp with images and perhaps you can tell me which of the two is a more beautiful arrangement... I am an enormously DISSATISFIED customer and I say AVOID Beth's Flowers because of their HORRIBLE customer service and even worse, their lack of decent communication skills!

I ordered flowers for a friend in the hospital and the patient was trasnferred before they could be delivered. The florist never phoned to get patient's new location, and the flowers were never sent. I had to make 5 phone calls to get a refund and it was not a pleasant transaction to get this charge credited back. I will never use these florists again.

So I accidentally called the hospital location instead of the delivery location for this flower shop. In the middle of me talking to the woman, Nicole, who answered the phone hangs up. I call back and she rudely tells me she didn't hear anything ... ok accepting it may have been an accident... So I again explain to her why I was calling and she tells me I'm calling the wrong location. I ask her for the number but I had to ask about 3 times for her to repeat it. The entire time I could tell I was being rushed and she had a terrible attitude. She wouldn't even slow down for me to get the number so I had to google the delivery location after.
