I brought my daughters here to pick out Rose for their Aunt's birthday. The lady was very helpful. she taught my girls how to pick out an arrangement and taught them the names of the flowers. They loved it. Made the experience very exciting.

My wife and I came in from out of town for our wedding. We were all DIY so we did the flowers ourselves. We knew we needed to find a reputable florist who could do large quantities, and we heard about Villere's form a local. We were very pleased with nearly everything from start to finish!

We arrived on Friday afternoon and were met by Madison, who could not have been sweeter and more helpful. She took us to each of the refrigerators and showed us the selections, then left us alone to create each of our arrangements, checking in every so often. We designed our three arrangements, and also ordered a bunch of green, a bouquet and a boutonniere. We paid and left, promising to be back at 8am the next day.

When I arrived the next morning, the flowers and greens had been picked and were waiting in water in the fridge, the bouquet and boutonniere had been made (so beautiful!) and everything was in order. My only complaints: I had to ask them to replace a few broken and dying flowers (those should have never made it into the pick in the first place) and they took their sweet time wrapping everything up (for a guy picking up flowers the morning of his wedding, every minute counts.)

I highly recommend Villere's if you need a florist.

I've ordered from here twice now. I've been disappointed twice. What is shown in the picture is not what is delivered. This place will not get another dime of my money and I send flowers to my wife twice a month. They must have a blind person who makes their arrangements.

Very disappointed when I called on Saturday to order flowers for a funeral and was told repeatedly that anything I ordered could not be guaranteed since flowers were limited following Valentine's Day.  When I attempted to explain that I was not requesting anything specific I was rudely reminded that we were "just coming off of Valentine's Day".. as if my family member's death and funeral were an inconvenience. Sad to think you are in this business and have no compassion during someone's time of grief!

My wife and I used these guys for our wedding. Great experience until the day of, literally nothing was right. Beautiful flowers but poor execution for an event.
