Rude customer service. This business is not ran very well. They decided to close early the day my flowers have should have been delivered. Why did they accept my husband's order if they knew they'd be closing early that day? The lady I spoke with tried to blame the mishap on 1-800-flowers. The flowers should have been delivered on the 3rd of July and the first attempt for delivery was made on the 5th of July. Come on, we all know what happened! This flower shop closed early to go have fun instead of doing their job. Common problem with New Orleans businesses. Partying takes precedence over work.

We my mother and I buy flowers for all occasions and send them to our family and friends . The flower are amazing and beautiful. We love Zee the bunny he add that speaical feeling of happiness. The crew is awesome and they are very professional and polite. The moment u walk n u what season or holiday is near love the set up . Great place to buy flowers . We give them 5 stars and a great huge THANK YOU! The best we seen on the West Bank

Was very dissatisfied with arrangement ordered. The flowers was nothing like I discussed with florist, at delivery several flowers were wilted and dying and after a couple days nearly the whole arrangement was dead. Not happy at all !!

Amazing!! Staff is so helpful and incredibly thoughtful. And Zeke (the office mascot rabbit) just makes the experience even better. I will never buy flowers anywhere else!!! Disregard that negative comment...5:30 on the busiest flower day of the year-who knows what happened. They are superb!!
