After my car was hit and the other driver's insurance company was being less than helpful, John not only repaired the damage to my car but also fixed other outstanding issues. all within my budget! He and the rest of his staff were very helpful, each person clearly familiar with my vehicle and exactly what was being done to fix it. It felt like a family-owned place, with the excellent service and friendly, knowledgeable and helpful staff. 

I got frequent updates on the status of the vehicle, which included level-setting conversations about the most effective repairs. Even though his shop is 45 mins away from me, I won't be going anywhere else should I need body work in the future. Can't say enough good things about John and Bethesda Collision Center!

Really amazing service here! They have a great team who listens to you and does great diagnostic work. I know a fair bit about auto repair and they never try to sell you on service thats not required. Plus they do very quick work and communicate with you the whole time. Will always take my car here!

Best Shop in Bethesda for Restorations, Mechanical and Customer Service If your in a collision this is the only shop I would recommend in the area. Lynn, Hugh and Dan provide exceptional customer service.

I have unfortunately had several accidents over the 10 years that I have owned my Toyota Tundra truck. Each time, via my insurance USAA, I have taken my truck to Beth and Bethesda Collision. I have been amazed at the consistency of professionalism, courtesy and excellence in auto body repairs. They communicate with their customers via text, email nd phone calls depending on the situation. I will consider nowhere else. Icing on the cake is that Enterprise Car Rental is in the same building so no need to wait for a pickup or take the Metro etc. Win Win Win.....
