Brian, the store manager, and Joseph, the mechanic, were both extremely professional and informative. While waiting in the shop, Brian kept me updated on my vehicle's progress. When Joseph discovered additional issues on the vehicle, I was kept informed of his discovery and Brain made practical suggestions for maintenance. I commend their service. Thank you.

I bought a set of new tires with Merchant, and was quite unhappy with both the service and the pricing. I initially walked into the shop to see one unoccupied attendant, who refused to make eye contact or acknowledge my presence for nearly half an hour. After he finally put down his phone and helped me arrange for a new set of tires, I was slapped with what was quite frankly an outrageous bill. The job cost about 50% more than its value, and although I was trading in a like-new set of tires (which I know they'll resell), they still slapped on a 'tire disposal fee.' If I wasn't desperate, I would have left immediately. Do not give these people your business; they will take advantage of you.

Refused initially to sell my wife what she asked for: two tires to replace a flat. Insisted (contrary to Nissan service center inspection just a few weeks before) that all tires needed to be replaced. And then tried to insist that extended service/warranty was mandatory part of package. I had to be called from a meeting to deal with on phone and resolved--to simply purchase what we asked for and nothing more. Absolutely unethical and high-pressure sales. Avoid if possible.

I cannot rave enough about the service at Merchant Tire.  As my family perpared for a lengthy road trip the excitement was dampened by a nail in our rental car.  With no other rentals available we knew we needed to have the tire repaired but feared the amount of time it would take.

As soon as we arrived at Merchant and shared our predicament Alex greeted us with, "no worries, we will take care of it for you."  The entire staff was amazing and friendly.  They repaired our tire and we were on our way.  

We cannot thank them enough and we absolutely take our business there in the future.

My regular oil-change place won't take my 1970 VW van anymore, so I chose this Merchant's because they said they carry the right oil and filter, and they're much less expensive than the competitors I called. Yesterday I made an appointment for today. From check-in to drive-away was a bit over an hour--fast. They were friendly at every turn.  While I read in the waiting room, some 15 people came in or checked out. All seemed happy and satisfied. I'm going back.
