These guys are great!!! They helped me on the same day and very quickly. I had a meeting to attend and needed the service the same day. They told me one hour and a half and it was 1 hour and 20 minutes. You can go for a nice walk in downtown Bethesda while you wait, there is an Apple Store.... you can also go to several places for snacks or lunch. They feature Goodyear wich is a great brand.

Seem to be trustworthy folks. After receiving an expensive estimate at a different mechanic shop to replace my rear brakes, I called Crawford Tire to see how much the same service would cost. Their estimated price (without actually inspecting the car) was lower than the original shop, so I came to Crawford. After inspecting my brakes, they informed me that only one piece needed to be replaced rather than all 3 parts. If this was a dishonest company, they could have easily told me everything needed replaced given that I was already expecting to buy new brakes. Instead, they were honest and told me that the other shop was likely trying to scam me. I appreciated their candor, and I will return.
