Polite. Reasonable and seem to do a good job.  They have worked on all three of my German cars and their services are competitively priced compared to the dealerships.

Best place in Bethesda, Potomac, DC area to bring your car. Good trustworthy technicians.

These guy's used to be great about 7 years or so ago. But now, if you don't have an appointment, good luck getting your car fixed by them. Not only that, but appointments should made a week in advance apparently. Also, they've raised their prices a bunch since they started getting more rich customer. 

I'm sure they still do a great job at repairing cars, but that's only if you have the time to go a week without a vehicle.

Ernie's is the only place I will ever take any of my vehicles.  They are honest and dedicated to treating customers like they would want to be treated. I have never had trouble getting an appointment and Leslie is wonderful. I highly recommend Ernie's and the quality of work they do.

I've known the owner sense we were kids.  You'll never find a more honest person, or find someone who takes more pride in his work and reputation.
