I bought a lexus from betterall auto sales one year ago. In the year i have had it, starting the first week i have had atleast 6 different issues. A week after i drove it off the lot the ball joint broke and the wheel almost came all the way off, i called the company's manager, Don Clayton,  and requested that they fix it due to the fact i just got the car and traded it for a fully functional car. At fist Don was trying to blame me for the issue, then they cooperated once i reported them to the bbb. I was also informed that the mechanic had inspected every aspect of the car before i took it. When i test drove the car i noticed a knocking, a break light out warning light, and something wrong with the wheels. I was reassured it would all be fixed when i took the car home. I asked Don, after the wheel incident if he would find me another car to switch my lease to, he responded the way any sleezy sales man would; "of course," gets out paper and pen, "what would you like for features" and we made a list. He promised he would be in touch. I did not hear from him once despite me going to tge dealershop weekly for months. They would tell me he was at anotger lot and i would go to the other and they would say he wasnt there for some reason or another. The radio stopped working 8 months ago, the starter is going out, my alternator  ( the knocking they "fixed") is dead, the car shakes constantly, and the wheel they "fixed" still makes the same groaning noise. Now i am stuck with this car i do not want and can not drive over half the time. Also, while i was test driving i asked the salesman if the car had been in any wrecks, he assured me that they do not sell cars like that. I looked up the carfax and it was in fact in a major wreck 3 years ago. Now, when i talked with Don the last time he had told me he would help for cheap if the car needed any work. I called him to ask if he could help and was told that they can't do any better than what i am getting unless i have them do the work. I do not trust them to tie my shoe correctly. I was trading my vehicle to have a more reliable transportation but ended up with a shint pile of junk. Never will i ever deal with them again. They are all talk. Sleezy. Scamming. Shady. Do not trust.

Update: car has broken down so much that i have driven it a total of 5 months since i bought it and thats being generous.

I buy one truck with this company and tha fuel tank is coming with pvc to tha cap fuel to tank gas container ., plus this guys sale me this truck with 108,000 thousand miles for $25,000 dlls and tha same problem go to dealer to make appointments and tha people fro tha dealer only say o coming another days and and bla bla bla

These guys went to bat for me...Great customer setvice...Before I was approved on my loan they let me take the truck I wanted home for the night.....  After that I left one of my cars there after my purchase for a couple of days...   I asked Dominic to pick me up at my house to bring me back so I can take my other car home... like I said before...great customer service

Honestly the costumer service is the worst! I have never been so disappointed! Or ever hung up on until today! I completely regret getting my first car through them! It has been such a huge hassle to get all this paper work done since I totaled it ( 3 months and counting ) and that's not even the issue! It's when I call asking questions because I have no idea what the steps are or if I need to do anything to quicken the process, that the person on the other line is giving attitude and being completely rude as if I am questioning their job. I am asking a question because I don't know if there is anything I need to do. Please do yourself a favor and do not get a car here!
