We could not be any happier with the excellent service we received from Richard Guide! We will never deal with anyone else! we purchased about a week before our due date and he helped us make sure we had the safest vehicle for our new bundle. He helped us as a friend and not as a salesman just trying to make a deal. .Thank you so much! We will absolutely be back to him!

This place is awesome. Very friendly staff, making you feel as part of their family. Steve and Gene are both knowledgeable and helpful reps who show that they care about your needs with what you want in a vehicle at the right price for you. Joe (sales manager) made sure that we got what we wanted and showed genuine interest in our well being. They all went above and beyond. I would highly recommend either Gene or Steve, ask for them, you will not regret! Thank you gentlemen!!!

This has been my best purchasing experience from beginning to end by far. I inquired about my car online, I was quickly responded to without pressure (thank you Steve), he gave me facts about the car, listened to what I was looking for, gave me the best offered price after negotiating, financed me, brought the car to my house! (which is a blessing for me) and had all paperwork signed and sealed in less than a couple hours. I was very pleased and impressed with the customer service and how quickly the staff worked to get me going on the road with my new car. Thank you Steve and Coggin BMW!
