I recently bought my second Honda with Linda and Houston at this location. I am so pleased with my car and overall experience. I went in looking for a used car and ended up with a Brand new car at a reasonable price. Houston helped me compare prices and values. He offered honest and fair input.  I will always work with them as long as they are still with the company. Linda and Houston always makes my car buying experience literally effortless. I never feel hassled or rushed with them. They let the facts speak for themselves and their patience is endless. Linda left a nice note in my gas tank and I found it on my first fill up. She checks in periodically to make sue that I am still loving my car. I always refer this dealership when I can. Linda and Houston are my dynamic duo! Angel was my finance manager and my experience with her was also pleasant. She was thorough and informative. I actually had a really pleasant experience!  I only had a recalled item replaced but also did a free inspection of 17 other points.   Since my Pilot has 115,000 miles on it I just knew they would recommend a bunch of services that it needed(whether it needed them or not).  To my surprise they said everything looked good and did not try to pressure me in to any unnecessary maintenance!  They also were very quick with the repair even thought they looked really busy.

The customer service at Coogin Honda has been extremely rewarding. No matter what concerns or questions I present I get professional caring service from Justin. He is simply the best Sales Rep, ever. He is efficient, smart. And does not stop until the deal is done. Also Mr. Taylor is the best Manager of Sales . He has great Customer Service Skills. All of the entire Team deserves a special credit. Especially Justin please give him a raise.

We purchased a used truck. It was our first experience with Coggin and I was impressed. We were approached and greeted each time we arrived. We bought the truck on Labor day so not all of the banks were available.  Our financing lady was helpful and efficient and searched on the next day for a better rate, which she got! Trent was knowledgeable and made sure the truck was ready for us. He offered the car fax and gave us everything we needed about our truck. When I came back to sign the new papers, I was greeted and escorted to the finance department.  After all the cars I've bought , it was the first time I wasn't left to wander around to find the right person. It seems like a simple thing, but car buying is intimidating and Coggin  Honda made me feel comfortable.

The service provided on my previous visit was most satisfactory. Your Service Rep (Dan Sarchetti) Is an excellent representative of the Honda Company. Have been dealing with him for over ten years and he never fails to give the best service/advice available. Always feel at well satisfied when the service is completed. Believe this is the third Honda I've purchased at your dealership prior to several autos from the NJ dealership. I am most satisfied with the purchase and servicing I've received at Fort Pierce.
