Now, I cannot fully disregard the bicycle shop. They DO carry Tribe bicycles, I have to respect the matter, but I may purchase such product. I was in a crisis, I took it out on the shop instead of coping my feelings. I went fixed-gear, nothing is stopping with the exception of vehicle doors. I feel much free and much better in all of my well-beings, looking forward to purchase the Tribe. Apologies.

Philadelphia standard. Lee, the shop owner, is a staple in the cycling community and everyone respects if not loves him. Service team is knowledgeable and not pretentious- so they can service everyone from new riders to the pro. Go here.

Service is very questionable. Went in to buy a bike after moving to Philly in April and was very happy with the service from a younger, more relaxed gentleman. Anytime I've been back I've had to deal with someone else who makes me feel like I am a burden in their store and shouldn't be asking any questions. I most likely will not be going back any time soon.

My gears were giving me trouble and a shop mechanic patiently heard my story, took a quick look, fixed the problem, and didn't charge me. My experiences at Bicycle Therapy on this day and in the past has always been great! The staff is friendly and always explain things to you. I would recommend this shop to anyone who is looking for one in the city.

It is a nice store, but a bit pricey. I got a tool for 17 bucks , later I realized that the same tool was 3.50 in amazon.
