This is a review of a conversion from a front suspension fork to a suspension corrected fixed fork, plus new handlebars, front brakes and rear brake pads. This was performed 6 months ago. I realize that everyone wants their products and services reviewed right after delivery but I like to wait to see how it performs over a longer use period. After many miles on the bike I can only say that this shop did a fantastic job! Everything performs well [and I love the fixed fork] and it’s all working like it should. The shop kept me informed of the progress and it was done on time. Reasonable price also. I have used many shops in my time in Philly [and this one is the furthest away from me], and this is the best service especially for the price.

Great people, great selection. These guys have what I need: bike stuff, and awesome customer service. It's always a pleasure to stop by and catch up with such a friendly staff!

Admittedly I know nothing about bikes. Took in a bike that was given to me and they helped adjust it and gave tips for riding. Dave was so kind and informative without going over my head. Another customer came in and he didn’t forget about me and helped the other guy out too. Seriously pleasant experience especially for a city. I’ll definitely be back!

Another great bike shop, a little far away, but it's worth the trip only because the service and products they sell are pretty good quality. Recommended.
