Amazing visit. Our car broke down and they fit us in even on their busy schedule. Didn't charge us for the diagnostic work either. The staff is quite nice too!

June 29th, 2017 we were driving North on I-25 when we blew a heater hose.  Got towed to Big Al's around 5 pm.  Andy parked us next to the building and hooked us up to electricity for the night.  His wife gave us the WiFi password.  Around 8:30 am he started working on our motor home.  He had us on the road before 10 am.  Both he and his wife were fantastic people.  Very fair price for the quick turn around.  This company is very busy and very nice!!!
