My initial and subsequent contacts were with Tyler.  I thought I had a problem with my low beams so took my car in to be checked out and for an oil change.  Tyler was always pleasant.  After the techs could find nothing wrong with my lights, he very gently suggested the problem might be with the user.  Tyler's suggestion was right.  I was embarrassed but because Tyler was so very nice, I didn't feel like a complete idiot.  I will continue to use Midas on Lincolnway for my vehicle maintenance and future real (or imagined) "issues".

My mother brought her Buick Park Avenue in there for an oil change.  She left with 2000.00 worth of work that needed to be done. Tyler did the oil change.   After she parked it oil leaked all over ground.  Her oil dipstick was 2 quarts over full. Ronnie, told me it was safe to drive over there.  In which it was not.  Had it towed to another mechanic and confirmed, they overfilled oil.  And it needed a new spark plug.  Would not take your vehicle there unless you want to get ripped off or your vehicle ruined

A huge THANK-YOU to Tyler, Ronnie, Chris & whoever else worked on my pickup while I was traveling through town. Super fast, easy & detailed explanation of things, and their professionalism and kindness was very relieving, as I was leaking tranny fluid & super stressed about it. You guys rock! It’s no surprise you guys are highly rated.

Honest, friendly, helpful and results-oriented. My experience at this shop was outstanding. I wish I lived in Cheyenne so that I could take my car to this shop. My family of five broke down outside Cheyenne traveling back to Colorado after the eclipse. Big bummer, it was nearing the end of the day, and I had to start a new job the next day. Tyler was understanding and worked hard to try to sort us out that night and avoid a hotel, even with tons of customers coming in all at once. He also leant me his cell phone charger (forgot mine). Bruce was a world class mechanic -- knowledgeable, methodical, detail-oriented, grounded, and concerned with helping you in a human way. Watching him work made me want to apprentice under him! This was the best mechanic experience I have ever had, hands down. These guys were simply and genuinely interested in helping us. And they did -- they got us on the road in two hours and we made it home safely. Can't say enough.
