Great cabins, great location. Walking distance to the village. Dog friendly. Has a convenience store right across the street which was very helpful so I didn't have to drive into town for supplies. Very close to the lake as well. We Love these cabins. We come here for New year's and wouldn't go anywhere else.

Great place to stay when visiting Big Bear. Walking distance to the town center, bowling, ice skating, and is situated on the lake (only some units are on the lake side of the street). Prices can get pretty inflated during peak times so watch out for that. Close to Castle Rock Trail, which is a dog friendly hike with great views. The hotel itself is also dog friendly with a fee per night if your dog is not service related.

First time up to 
Big Bear.. Flooring needs updating!!. Shower also.. Curtains are old and stained. I get the cabin theme but we are in the 2017-2018 era, have new look, pictures on wall are miserable to look at. Overall, we had no choice to stay there since booked online, do your research. Pictures are deceiving, and when you check in they hike up the rates for an "actual cabin". They give you the motel building. Will not be coming back. Will give thumbs up for customer service, maintenance and lobby people were great. I get they have to work in an outdated place..

It's ok for the price. My sisters went with me and we rented three rooms. All three rooms had a small problem with the shower changing to hot water out of the blue. So you need to be cautious of that. Two of my sisters had ants in the sink area. Its in a perfect location. Gas stations, restaurants ,shops and the lake are in walking distance.

I loved this place and plan to return again. I stayed in the hotel section that was right next to the water. It had an amazing view. The interior was decorated nicely with a rustic look and we had a fireplace! The rooms were very clean. The staff was very friendly and greeted us with a smile. I will be retnin again and trying out on of the cabins in the future. Great place to stay and I definitely recommend it.
