After many, many orders we have placed at this place. I am not writing this review as the last time we will order from there. I work at a resort where we have always recommended guests to this place, for good pizza and nice people. Last night, as we got stuck at the resort due to weather precautions...we ordered 10 PIZZAS. The gentleman was nice that delivered and we tipped him well. Today, as once again, we are at the front office, we ordered lunch. We ordered 2 orders of BBQ chicken. Went on lunch, picked it up, brought it back and both orders are totally burnt. We called back, the lady said she would replace it. Went to pick it up, the order had 5 pieces of food in it and was once again, overdone. The lady at the front copped a quick attitude and as a refund at this point was requested...her reply was "Now you are costing me money".  As a local, who orders from here as a convenience to location and usually good food. I will never, ever again place an order from here, I will never hand another flyer to a guest as a recommendation and I will will always recommend people elsewhere for their food. The last thing in this town anyone needs is terrible customer service at the front, there are too many other places to go to that I would be happier spending money. So be warned, the customer service is absolutely atrocious now and absolutely not worth dealing with. I will pay the extra money on other pizza places around!!!

What can I say about big bear. The food is good the price is too high. The management sucks not even a local discount for the employees. But the local discount for the locals. The management does not know how to treat their employees. I was a driver but instead of not telling them I was leaving and just leave like all the others for a job that pays much more I give notice. So he fires me and also my wife who was front counter. For no reason at all. And all we have done for that company. I do not recommend this place to anyone and I will not eat there again

If you had the option of a 0 star rating, then that's what this would be. We come here on a business trip, and after being out all day was nice to have someone deliver to our cabin. The ordering process was easy. Was quoted 45 minutes to possibly an hour for our 2 pizzas and cheese bread. No biggie. We would wait no problem. We didn't think the wait would consist of over 4 hours, and a constant busy phone signal on their end. Haven't been able to get through to them since we called and made our order with multiple attempts. Now here it is at their closing time, and we still haven't recieved our pizza, or even a courtesy call to let us know they wasn't coming! This place is horrible business, and I would HIGHLY recommend taking my business elsewhere. A complete waste of our time, and had we known they wouldn't ever show up, we would have just went and ate somewhere to begin with.

I called and the lady I spoke with was very nice asking if  I could hold for, a few seconds past then she came back to the phone. I told her we’re i worked for a discount, proceeded to tell my order and that it work be for carry out. Upon arriving they told us they took my pizza to were I worked, apologized and made us another pizza. The pizza was poorly cooked and we found several dark hairs cooked into the pizza and then when you order wings you get chicken tenders with wing sauce. The lady’s up front were extremely nice though

I would give zero stars if I could. We were told our order would be 45 minutes to an hour. After an hour and a half I called to find out where our order was. The girl I spoke with put me on "hold" to check on it during which time I could hear her cussing at other people. She then picked the phone back up to tell me it was on the way. Almost 2 and a half hours later our food finally arrives cold, soggy, and flat out horrible. I would strongly suggest choosing ANYWHERE else to eat!
