I absolutely love their burgers here. Such a huge and delicious selection. Inside seating by bar, and dining, along with outside dining. Very comfortable atmosphere with very friendly staff. Would definitely recommend to anyone visiting or living in New Albany that wants a great lunch/dinner!

BFB is one of the best burger places I've been to. But it's not hamburger. It's ground steak so mid-rare is perfectly fine. Build your own with a large array of options and you have a tower of ground steak heaven. Throw in some garlic fries and the bliss is complete. And for those into beer (me) they have a respectable selection including local brews on tap. They also have other adult libations if beer is not on your list of indulgences.
Staff is friendly and helpful.
And when you go, get ready to get messy... the burgers are that juicy.

Food was excellent. Had a cheese pizza and a pesto pizza. Service was... Lacking a bit. Lunchtime on Saturday. Literally the only the people in the restaurant. Ordered a salad. Got it after our pizza after asking for it. Asked for silverware. Got two of them. There were three of us. They were struggling a bit; I'll give them the "new" pass this time. Beer selection was good even though I didn't order any. All bottles. Door said liquor, but I didn't see any evidence of it?

Service was a bit slow, took 10 minutes to be seated.  Food however was awesome.  High quality ingredients, and special care preparing.  Wonderful environment

The food was amazing I brought a party of 13 for a get together and everything was better than expected. I will definitely be back. Our server Austin was very nice and friendly did great at taking care if use. Thanks Big Four Burgers.
