Love it here. Every class I've been to is great - the instructors are all very attentive and knowledgeable. I'm very out of shape and I like that the classes push me, but that I can go at my own pace if I really can't keep up. The 2 week trial is absolutely worth it and got me hooked, highly recommend.

The classes are amazing, dynamic and offer plenty of time slots, which is great for shift-workers! The instructors are great, and will correct your technique as well as offer tips to push yourself further. The studio is in a great location and is very clean. Great atmosphere!

I started Kickboxing for first time at Big Hit last week really good atmosphere everyone is friendly and the studio is well maintained and clean.  I have learned a lot in a week. Sari and Kristy are amazing teachers they will really push you to work and train hard I have had 4 sessions and I really enjoy the workouts and seeing good change in me after just one week.

I am so happy I am at Big Hit! I've been coming here for a year and I've developed such a great relationship with the front desk staff and coaches. I love the community that this studio offers! I never knew kickboxing could be so fun.

Wow, what a workout! The studio is very cool and overlooks lakeshore . There are several instructors and different types of classes that focus on different things. The instructors are super knowledgable on technique and are super motivating. The best 45mins of my day !
