This place feels like family. Ligia has created a gym that has a great range of classes and in an amazing supportive environment. There seems to be a class for everyone. I love the Shred class for the cardio boost and her TRX class for strength.

Very nice teachers and owner, friendly people and a good variety of fitness classes ranging from TRX to pilates.
