Amazing staff, great atmosphere! I was so nervous being new to pole but after coming here a couple times the staff made me feel so comfortable and worked with me as a beginner. I have a monthly membership now and I am pretty addicted! I would defiantly recommend this place.

The owner, Jane is awesome. This studio focuses a lot on actually learning the techniques and creating a community. Price of classes are very affordable and well worth the money

This is an incredibly amazing way to work out, and at the end you feel so good about yourself. It also helps you build confidence, you never come in and walk out feeling bad about yourself. It is a really positive environment and all the staff are incredible. In this pole studio your needs will always be put before the staffs. Classes are never larger than the amount of poles available so that everyone gets an equal amount of time The environment is incredibly clean, and the staff take great care in enforcing proper pole cleaning. Safety is also the number one when it comes to doing tricks. The staff will come around individually and ensure that you are performing trick correctly, and feel comfortable knowing if something will happen they will be there to catch you. Laughter always fills the room, and the ladies you meet here are incredible they do not only become your work out friends but your pole family. I will definitely suggest this to anyone, and at least give it a 4 week trial and you will fall in love.

In 2010 I was very unhealthy and looking to do some exercise classes but that was different and fun also. I found PoleFitNation and emailed the owner Jane Wilson. She was extremely nice and helpful with answering my questions and concerns. I decided to sign up for the beginner class and I was very nervous to go to my first class but Jane was so welcoming, so I went. My teacher was Cathryn (Cat). She was so welcoming and had such a positive energy that I felt very comfortable. I loved the atmosphere there, they make you feel great about yourself and show you anyone can do this. I moved to another city for college in 2011 and kept going to classes because I loved them. School became too much, I stopped classes and bought my own pole. I ended up going back in 2014 and they welcomed me with open arms. It was as if I had never left. I jumped back in at the ability level I could handle and it is 2016 and I am now in Cathryn's advanced classes. I also have a back problem and Cathryn accommodates me and adapts moves and tricks. Jane also does a great job having attire and accessories available in studio and being available for questions whenever, which is extremely handy. I have come so far ability wise, confidence wise and health wise and I owe it all to this amazing studio and amazing people. Highly recommended !! Come join the fun, you will look back and be happy you did :)

The facility is excellent, the teachers know what they're doing, and the owner Jane Wilson is a lovely human who runs the studio amazingly!
