Big lots is good place for shopping.. I like the Sanford big lots which is clean looks new.. never go the Longwood Big lots.. the return policy is 30 days but I went couple of months later to return a defective product and there was no questions.. great customer service..

Cashier Danielle was very threatening like to me as she spoke to me. I asked her why the lines were so long at this time of day, she did not apologise instead that if I didn't like it, that she didn't have to wait on me and to go somewhere else. Then she demanded that I apologise to her, because she wasn't going to wait on me, after I asked her 1 question, she verbally got Combative and hostile with me and spoke down to me, as she was speaking to me, I felt as if she was threatening me. She disrespected me as a customer, her behavior was beyond deplorable. She should never speak to a customer like this. I was very very upset and literally walked out the store in tears. Not only that, The cashier Danielle's eyes and face looked as if she was under thee influence.  I believe they should give her a drug test. The girl was acting very strange, and snapped out of the blue.  I did not deseve to be treated this way as a customer.This behavior towards customers is unexcuseable. Something needs to be done about this aweful cashier.
